CTIQ Introduction to Body Corporate Management Course

COURSE INFORMATION (please read carefully before downloading enrolment form)

The three day detailed course is presented by experienced, TAA qualified body corporate managers, with additional presentations made by legal, accounting and insurance professionals. All attendees received a course packages that includes:

  • A detailed set of course notes.
  • A copy of The Layman’s Guide To The Body Corporate and Community Management Act.
  • A CD-ROM containing legislation, forms and other support resources.
  • Other relevant support material

Stationary such as notepaper, pens, etc are also provided. Morning and afternoon tea is provided each day, along with an informal lunch. Please advise CTIQ if you have any special dietary requirements at least seven days beforehand. Attendance at the course is deliberately kept to around ten people to ensure an intimate learning environment is maintained.

ACCREDITATION

There are 3 nationally accredited units in the Introductory Course.  See below for the list of subjects covered, and the accredited units offered.

Accredited Units

CPPDSM4045A     Facilitate meetings in the property industry
CPPDSM4028A     Identify and analyse risks and opportunities in the property industry
CPPDSM4072A     Provide leadership in the property industry

Assessment

Assessment will be required in order to earn the accreditation listed above. These units, once passed, can be RPL-ed over to a Business Certificate / Diploma, or cross -credited to a Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations).

After Enrolment

You will be sent an enrolment confirmation email with a username and password, which will enable you to access the student information section of the website.  You must access all the information stated on the enrolment confirmation (such as Student Workbook, Student Course Guide) prior to the course commencement date and have it with you when you attend.

Price is $895.00 all inclusive.
